Odds they they do not actually make the jacket. Outsourced to a 3rd party So will not have any repair facility. As has been said if you like the jacket, while it should last longer. It should be a simple cheap repair for a local seamstress.Life in the slow lane0

...For info, the jacket was, and is, £140:00. I paid £109 in the sale, so the extra is £31. (seems a little steep for 1 years use, unless a jacket should only last 4-5 years?)...
Although I don't myself possess a single jacket that is fewer than 20+ years old, I suspect many people these days would consider 4 - 5 years of life out of a jacket costing £100 to be perfectly reasonable.
I don't understand why you don't - as several others have suggested - simply get it repaired locally. Is there something about the style of the jacket or its material that would make a repair too difficult or too risky or too expensive?0
