We’re about 5 weeks into buying our new house (which happens to be down the road so we pass it every day).
We’ve got no reason to think there’s any issues (currently at enquiries stage and all going smoothly) but when we walked past today our SOLD board had been taken down and there was a ‘For Sale’ sign lying on the floor but for a different estate agents.
I can only presume that some kids have swapped the signs over but it sent me into immediate panic..!

Emailed the estate agent straight away, need to breathe and maybe stop stalking the house.. 😂

My seller tells me she is moving out ready for Exchange/completion... I am tempted to look through her windows when she is out to make sure there are moving boxes 😂😂 not that I am distrustful of anything.1
