Section 75 - Am i covered?

in Credit cards
I feel like i know the answer but just want to check before i go ahead
So long story short, tryinb to buy some equipment from FB marketplace. I'm always apprehensive as i've been scammed before, but this seems to check out. It's not too cheap to be true, but a good price.
The seller has suggested he sends me an invoice through his business for everything and I pay via credit card on the phone for my own peace of mind. His business checks out, well established page, heaps of reviews and the same person i've been speaking to is tagged numerous times on said reviews and is clearly the owner. Both his and the business account are over a decade established and everything seems above board.
If I've got an invoice and pay the same business as on said invoice over the phone, am i covered should anything go wrong?

If you are buying from a business and they take payment directly on a card machine then yes. If they use a payment processor, it will depend on the processor (e.g. at work we use paypal and shopify) as to whether you would be covered0

Presumably it is the business' equipment to sell? ie they aren't trying to put their personal possessions sale via his business (which would be an odd thing to do but need to check).
As you are paying over the phone then payment processor is less likely to be an issue as even PayPal is ok as long as you aren't logged into your account and clearly an over the phone transaction won't be you doing it via your PP account.0
