Help with StubHub

After my partner sadly passed away last year, I decided to sell the tickets to a few events we had booked this year as I no longer felt like going and could really use the money.
I sold them successfully on StubHub, but the events were more than 8 weeks ago now and I haven't been paid. StubHub claims it will process payment 5-8 business days after the event, and they are not responding to my multiple attempts to contact them via email, Facebook and Twitter. (I have double checked my bank account is linked to my StubHub account, so there should be no technical reason for the payment not to go ahead).
Does anyone have any advice on what to do next? Or has anyone been in a similar situation?

    You might try sending them a letter before action, asking them to pay within 14 days of receipt or you will take them to small claims court.  You may struggle because I'm guessing they aren't based in the UK (these companies rarely are), so UK consumer rights may not apply, but it's a worth a go.
  • What do StubHub's T&Cs say about when you will receive payment?

    I'm no expert in this but my understanding is that with these sort of ticket resales you won't get the money until after the event?
