Ok so we finally got our Wii last Saturday, with Wilkinson Plus' courier giving us both the run around since the previous Tuesday. During numerous calls to their customer service department and discussing compensation, they agreed to refund the £2.95 two day delivery charge (as I had to pick up the courier's local depot). Today in the post we got £35 worth of Wilkinson vouchers to spend on a Wii game instore.
I think that is fantastic gesture and the best bit being that means the Wii only cost £130!!! Keep the faith, good customer service still exists!
