No word from BG about the new rates

Despite saying on their web site that they will notify people on the new cap rates from Mid March. I haven't heard anything yet. As I am on E7 I have not seen what those rates are. Only the single standard rates. Is there anywhere that shows the new capped rate for E7 which I assume will be the same for everyone? With some regional differences I assume.

This will probably match the BG tariffs:

Make sure to file a complaint with them. They are expected to notify you well in advance and if they haven't, it's their fault. You are not expected to dig through their systems to figure out your future rate. If anything, their inability to let you know in advance might have costed you a cheaper fixed rate.0

I assume all those prices include VATMWT said:fly-catchers said:Is there anywhere that shows the new capped rate for E7 which I assume will be the same for everyone? With some regional differences I assume. The BG website has the details...Just look for the 'Standard Variable' tariff...
What is the best way of contacting BG as phoning is endless waiting. Web chat never connects when I try! At the moment I can’t even logon to my account. Just endless loading of page before it times out!0 -
What are you actually trying to achieve by contacting them? The rates will be on, or as close as to make no difference to the price cap rates. You can either waste a lot of time trying to contact them, or just accept that the rates will be on the price cap and will be available online when lots of people stop hammering their website.fly-catchers said:
