T&CS FOR THE ST PATRICK’S WIN A TRIP TO DUBLIN FOR 2 COMPETITION

1. Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these guidelines and you agree to them.
1.1 To enter the competition, you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of competition entry. The opening date for entries is 16th March 2022 and the end date is 23rd March 2022.
1.2 Competitions are not open to Stonegate Group employees (or members of their immediate families).
1.3 Only one entry per person throughout promotion which can only be made via the form on the St Patrick’s webpage.
1.4 Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified. Stonegate Group accepts no responsibility for entries that, for whatever reason, it does not receive before the promotion closing time.
1.5 Please follow the competition guidelines. Stonegate Group reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
1.6 To take part in the competition, the entrant must fill in their details on the competition entry form on https://great-british-pubs.co.uk/campaign/st-patricks-comp 
1.7 There is 1 prize available, the winner will be picked at random from all eligible entries.
1.8 Prize value of trip is £500 based on: For 2 people, Return flights to Dublin from a UK airport, 2 Night Hotel Stay in Dublin staying in either a twin or Double Room including Breakfast and includes Entry into the Guinness Store House. The prize excludes meals and drinks (except where stated above), excursions, travel expenses other than set out above, attractions, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
1.9 There are no runners up prizes.
1.10 If you win a competition we will notify you by email within 48 working hours of the closing date.
1.11 Stonegate Group will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner. However, if the Stonegate Group are unable to contact a winner within 72 hours of the prize draw, Stonegate Group reserves the right to award the prize to another random eligible entrant.
1.12 Stonegate’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.13 Prizes will be confirmed to winners on the 24th March 2022.
1.14 The prize must be claimed by the winner within 72 hours of the winner being notified.
1.15 All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the winner(s).
1.16 All prize winners and guests must be over the age of 18.
1.17 The winners’ details will be shared with Diago and their agency in order to award the prize. The hotel, flights and Guinness Store House Entry tickets will be organised and booked by Diago.
1.18 The prize will not be transferable to another person.
1.19 No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
1.20 The prize is subject to COVID-19 UK government restrictions
1.22 If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
1.23 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
1.24.1 verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age and place of residence
1.24.2 disqualify any participant:
1.24.3 found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
1.24.4 who does not give correct contact details or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf;
1.24.5 posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the promoter’s social media pages that is, in the promoter’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the promoter or the promoter’s commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the promoter’s social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment.
1.25 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted, and no bulk entries are permitted.

1.27 The promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. Participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter or Facebook shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
