We've conversation with my provider following move from Avro regarding estimated usage.
Avro over estimated my energy usage, which Octopus used as guide for for our monthly averaged direct debit.
We've now agreed with Octopus offer to go on variable direct debit, if we use £50 of energy I pay £50, £100, pay £100.
Whereas the average DD would be £120.
So we'll no longer over pay to be later reclaimed.
