Tesco scam and none help

Not been on here before. I have had a weekly Tesco online grocery orders for decades. Today I had a call on my mobile 45 minutes before my order to tell me my card had failed. They asked for another card as mine had failed. I am usually cautious but I had done 5 shifts in a row, this was my day off, I wanted my order. But, when asked for my card number I did not feel comfortable on the mobile so ended the call. The number was 07718 525325. My Tesco grocery did turn up. On top of the obvious scam I have not been able to contact Tesco, their numbers are closed today, and no online form I can see. When I got through to my bank, I struggled to hear when I got through to my bank due to a toddler around mum. I have kids, but really, I have got no help today and I am worried about my bank account. Why can we just not speak to someone? I am worried about my bank account.
