This got knocked accidentally today, and looks like it is broken. Trying to balance myself on the steps is a pita as you could imagine .
I tried to see if there was a way of sliding it back in , but no success so far .
please advise.

I really don't know 😼..[Deleted User] said:Hi,is it supposed to hook on to the left hand fitting?
I tried sliding and tilting it . There are no grooves on the back , to fit into anything .Hopefully, it's something more basic and straightforward than it looks .
It's part of the bay window , so there is nothing else to compare it with..1 -
On ours, the top cover bit that is hanging off on yours is attached by velcro patches, one side stuck on the top part of the blind and the other on the back of the cover piece.1

That sounds like a good idea ..jennifernil said:On ours, the top cover bit that is hanging off on yours is attached by velcro patches, one side stuck on the top part of the blind and the other on the back of the cover piece.0 -
Hi,does blind still work? The misplaced bit looks like a covering/trim, so could be pushed up and stuck in place.1

I've just gently , tried pulling the blind upwards and it works . This is in the right panel where the almost detached part is. What I normally do , is adjust the blind using the other cords on the left side just to alter for privacy . I tend not to use the main cord to lift up etc[Deleted User] said:Hi,does blind still work? The misplaced bit looks like a covering/trim, so could be pushed up and stuck in place.
it seems @jennifernil has the right idea. I'll have to scurry around and see if I have any double sided Velcro 😼0 -
Drat ! No Velcro around 😾
Off to the Amazon ..0 -
Looks like the ones in my bedroom.Mine have a metal bracket each end that hooks over the top. Also has 3 pices of velco which have never been used (the backing tape is still on the top one! So I guess velco would also be fine!I would pull it off completely and see if that makes things any clearer first!1

Fixed !
Believe it or not , the grey looking square patch was in fact..a Velcro patch!🤦
Live and learn etc 😺
Thanks all for your help 😼👍0
