Thanks to Tate & Lyle Sugars, one lucky Royal Life reader will be able to take a personal tour of both the Thames Refinery and the Lyles Golden Syrup factory in East London and enjoy two nights in a hotel in the Royal Docks.

The winner will get to see the whole process – from the raw sugar being unloaded from giant ocean-going vessels that transport it from the tropics, through to sugar bags and Golden Syrup tins being filled and sent to the shops.
