Does anyone have a real address for Insureme4 travel insurance? Their number comes up as Horsham which is near where I live and it'll be quicker to drive there than wait until they answer the phone. It says "you are 1 or 2 in the queue" and then cuts out saying "all lines are busy".

It might be quicker to drive there, but you won't find anyone who'll talk to you when you get there.

    What is it you need?

For a start you'd need to give at least the website address for the company you are thinking of... there are hundreds of intermediaries selling under vast array of brands and its too easy to pick the wrong one.

Most call centres aren't willing/prepared to see customers in person and there is a reasonable chance you will be told to go away and phone in if you were to attend in person.

Travel insurance is also heavily outsourced and so you'd need to say which department you want to see as whilst sales and head office may be in Horsham it could be that claims is in Mumbai and so a bit further to drive to if your issue is claims related. A phone number is no longer a good indication as to where someone is geographically located, I have a London and New York telephone numbers that both ring the same phone in my home office (London) and my mobile

insureme4.co.uk now redirects to Staysure, so that would suggest that they're no longer a standalone entity (if they ever were).  What contact and company registration details are on the policy?

Check your website history for where you bought it from.

I bought a travel insurance policy through Paying too Much and the policy schedule states it is with Insureme4. However, when trying to contact the company, it is impossible. The only numbers given are for the claims department or Paying too Much. I wished to discuss a possible amendment but was advised by Paying too Much that I was not able to speak to Insureme4 direct. It appears they are part of Ergo travel insurance. I, like others are beginning to wonder if they even exist. Perhaps this should be something Martin should look into.

As per the other post.... PayingTooMuch is TICORP (more well known under the brand StaySure), the current InsureMe4 (also TICORP) policy https://travel.payingtoomuch.com/policywording/IM4_Safeguard%20PD_NOV23_4.pdf states the administrators are Eclipse https://register.fca.org.uk/s/firm?id=001b000000NMYbMAAX

I am desperately trying to contact them as have arrived on holiday with no baggage! Cannot get through to them and paying to much have the same customer care number as insure me? Seems a bit suspect.
if anyone has been able to contact them can you leave a message here, otherwise it looks like I need to purchase more insurance  and I won't be compensated for my lost bags.

@Annka69 - it's not uncommon for companies to operate under a number of different brands and nothing suspect about it. More commonly they'll have a different telephone number but thats simply so the call centre agent can use the right salutation... doesn't matter if you call Direct Line, Churchill, Privilege, Mobility etc you will speak to someone from Direct Line Insurance Services acting on behalf of U.K. Insurance Limited

What do you mean you cannot get through to them? As in they dont answer within 2 minutes or the line doesn't ring or...? What number are you calling?

If you decide you want to buy another policy be aware that most require the policy to be bought before you leave for your holiday, if you want cover for this trip you'll need to find one of the more niche providers that do cover people mid trip.
