Selling at auction

I understand how you feel jay9011, our terraced neighbour used their garden a rubbish dump, it could be seen clearly from our back bedroom. We still sold easily, try and ignore it.
I sold a listed II house that needed renovation at auction and paid all the fees myself, I was worried asking the buyer to pay them would put them off. £795 to go into the brochure, £1200 solicitor for the legal pack, and I sold at £275K so £6,600 fees inc VAT. The buyer had to get a mortgage and asked for eight weeks completion. My late husband wouldn't have been pleased with my decision.£216 saved 24 October 20140 -
Why not approach him, in a nice way?jay9011 said:
It's something I've considered many times. His very wealthy parents actually own the property. I did politely approach them regarding his behavior, but they weren't interested. He then tormented us with loud music for months on end as revenge.Slithery said:Have you tried offering to tidy the neighbours garden?
It's a very difficult one to tackle. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
