    I understand how you feel jay9011, our terraced neighbour used their garden a rubbish dump, it could be seen clearly from our back bedroom.  We still sold easily, try and ignore it.  

    I sold a listed II house that needed renovation at auction and paid all the fees myself, I was worried asking the buyer to pay them would put them off.  £795 to go into the brochure, £1200 solicitor for the legal pack, and I sold at £275K so £6,600 fees inc VAT.  The buyer had to get a mortgage and asked for eight weeks completion.  My late husband wouldn't have been pleased with my decision.

    It's something I've considered many times. His very wealthy parents actually own the property. I did politely approach them regarding his behavior, but they weren't interested. He then tormented us with loud music for months on end as revenge.
