selling house electrical safety certificate
My house is sold and price is over 20k asking so I am very happy and want the sale completed quickly. They are first time buyer and there solicitor wants all the paperwork to be correct so they do not get into trouble in my opinion. The electrics are only 20 years old and I know everything is safe, we never had a problem everything still looks new. I met with my solicitor who stated that it is best to get the required certificates if I wanted the sale to 'proceed'.
Can anyone recommend a company that can help me or someone on here please send a PM. I do not want to use a company that is not recommended because of bad experiences in the past, actually alot of bad experiences in the past trusting some company who I find on the internet.

You've posted a question like this 4 times in 2 days. The best thing would be to not post in the 'Is This Quote Fair?' section until you have a price from a company for us to give our opinion on. You didn't say what area you are in. Did you see my reply to your other posts?
This company is recommended on here..

You cannot possibly know that.I would expect periodic inspection and testing of a 3 bed or smaller house - assuming no power in garden lighting; garages; outbuildings etc. to cost around £250 - £300 (plus VAT if applicable), and for a larger house more.RECI & Safe Electric Registered Electrical Contractor
