CCJ Consent Order Costs

Hi guys
I wonder if anyone can answer a question I have regarding CCJ fees.
I found out a CCJ had been entered against me by a collection agency after collecting mail at an old address. I don't dispute the debt and agreed a repayment plan with Stepchange. I'm paying £5 per month, am currently on Jobseekers' Allowance. I don't dispute the debt and will pay it in full.
I have a set aside hearing coming soon, and have applied for help paying the fees, Because I'm on JSA I won't have to pay the £244 fee. I don't ahve a defence and will be hoping for a set aside on discretionary grounds.
My question is: if I can convince the claimant to consent to set aside, will I be liable for the £100 fee? Naturally I'd rather get a consent order rather than take my chances at the hearing, but not for £100.
Many thanks to anyone who can advise!
