I have no missed payment markers since Feb 2020, but loads before that date, how much will this...?

...affect my ability to be seen as credible in the eyes of lenders/landlords/those who check credit reports etc.? I was extremely irresponsible with money up until that time and I decided to take my finances seriously and I have no missed payment markers since. Still, the missed payments prior to this still shows on my credit report... will lenders take more notice of the fact I have no missed payments over the last few years, or will the fact I have alot be what they are more bothered about?

It depends on the lenders. Only having two clean years isn't great, but it depends on what you're applying for and from whom.
  • They drop off in Feb 2026 though over time the effects are lessened provided you have a well managed file since
