Company Name and Services Change

Hello - I wonder if anyone can help me? I have a limited 'dormant' company, as I have been trading as a sole trader. I would like to change the name of my company and what it does, ideally without needing to start the process again. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if yes, what it might entail? I am hoping to keep my costs to a minimum. I have tried to find information on the web, however, no joy so far. Many thanks in advance for any help and advice. Kind regards. Rachel.

£8 to do the change of name online once the company has passed a special resolution to rename itself.

Are you just wanting to change the SIC code for the company or do the articles of association also need to be update?
