Secure5arcot.com??

Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem with something I've never heard of before called secure5arcot.com
I pay for things with my phone, by debit card, online, and have done for years. Sometimes, my bank's security page comes up, and I fill it in then the transaction is done.
But, in the past week, everytime I go to fill in my bank security, a big box pops up from arcot, and in the box there is a box where I think a password should be, but there is only a dot in there. There is a continue box but when I press it, it disappears taking my bank security page with it, and leaves a blank page. I have tried numerous times but it does that every time. I'm angry, as I don't know why this has started to happen, and I'm having to ring people to pay, as it has stopped me paying online.
I found out that arcot belongs to Visa. I emailed them but haven't had a reply. I went to the arcot website and its for commercial customers so I can't even contact them. I tried to put a password in but a page came up saying secure5 is either down or it has expired. It comes up on some of my families phones, I pay by phone, and there's has a proper password in and works. I have never heard of them before, so have never been asked to put a password in. It makes angry that it takes my bank security page off.
Is there anything I can do? I'm at my wits end. I don't know who I can go to to get it stopped, or get it working properly. I don't want to have to stop paying online because of that.

Have a word with your bank (or whoever supplies your debit card) , might be to do with the banks tightening up on transaction verification in the last couple of weeks, to do with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).

This will be the new security requirement that was brought in recently.
I assume that it is launching your banking app on your phone? Maybe check for updates, roll back the latest and re-apply it, or worst case, uninstall and re-install the app.
You need to speak to your card provider (assuming bank if it is a debit card) and tell them what you are seeing and seek advice on how to fix it.
Which bank is it, others may then be able to tell you if they are getting the same, or what they get which does work.1 -
Arcot are a third party authentication company....As others have said, call the bank to double check how to proceed if they have taken their services.

What web browser are you using? Is it up to date?
I have had similar problems in the past with old browsers which were 'resolved' by just using another one.

I use Chrome. I will update it and see. I rang my bank and she updated my bank security page but can't see how that's going to help. Anyway, I have to pay something soon, so I will see what happens.
