Hi,
I have a situation and would really appreciate some advice and direction for my next steps please.
Last year I purchased two tickets (for February) from a company that specialises in events hospitality. In early February the actual event was effectively cancelled as it was being restricted to being 'behind closed doors'.
My issue is the company as has acknowledged and agreed I should be refunded but have continually failed to do so. I have has several email exchanges where they say they are progressing it, the emial last week telling me I would have it 'by end of day'. Did not materialise.
I aware of Section 75 on my credit but as the payment was via Worldpay not sure it is applicable. Also the option of Small Claims Court.
Any advice would be very welcome.

You are likely too late for chargeback and S75 may or may not apply depending on how the bank views Worldpay as a third party payment processor
If you are threatening court, a letter before action might focus minds but it is a risk
Edited for better advice1 -
is it correct that using worldpay is a third party processor like eg paypal or is it just the processor and thus S75 is available?0

WorldPay is a payment processor of course S75 applies.0

While the payment was through Worldpay, just who was the purchase to? & were they the event provider or a 3rd party agent. Also what was the ticket price each?Life in the slow lane0
