DFS delivery damaged wall

Hello! I would like some advice, we purchased a sofa for around 3k from DFS and it got delivered partially just before Christmas, afterwards they completed the delivery. 
The first delivery team left considerable damage on the wall I got a quote for £750. We have sent some kind emails over the last few months but not much progress.

How would you escalate this issue ?
