DFS faulty sofa

ok here it goes it might be long winded so I do apologise , so sofa was ordered in July 2021 and was delivered in oct 2021,
Bought it from DFS Aintree and paying on finance 

 November I noticed the black leather looking polyester material on the side panel had started to go a white grey colour. customer service said they will get someone out but due to every one in the house catching covid the appointment i was given had to be delayed then it was the Christmas period and then we could finally get someone out in January. the fella came out took pictures and said he will go back and order replacement side panels and front boarder

 8 weeks later the replacement parts  come but when they arrived and we moved the sofa we noticed the colour had blead off the couch onto the radiator,
he then pulled out the new material to start the repair and it was a different style this was a shiny black whereas my sofa is a matte finish, he offered to reupholster the sofa anyway and give us 80.00 as an apology which I refused as this would make the sides an the front different to the back and the swivel chair, I was then told they will have to order more new parts which now can take up to another 8 to 10 weeks.

Have beem told another manager will need to come and have a look as this doesnt happen and they have sold millions of thos style sofa 
And a repair will be needed as that is thw procedure they have to follow
Another manager will ring me this week


I just want to know my rights before this phone call happens so I don't get fobbed of 
I don't want a repair I want a replacement of a different sofa or a refund.
