Redundancy and old student loan

I've just been advised that I am being made redundant and will finish in 11 days time.
As there has been ni notice I will recieve 12 weeks wages in leu as well as 6 days annual holiday, along side statutory redundancy.
They have said we can have everything paid on 30th March or get only Marchs wages and get all other payments in April.

I have 2 student loans one is due to wipe in July  this year the other in July 2026.

When am I best to be paid to not effect the outstanding student loans all in March or April?

How will redundancy effect deferment?

Hope anarchist somebody can advise.
