Cruise Fashion Won’t replace lost item

Well after Cruise Fashion twice saying the case was closed as they had CCTV of the parcel being packed and pretty much accusing my wife of lying they have now advised the item was never packed and they will be sending it out!
This explains why the parcel was open - because it wasn't complete or checked, just sent out
My wife sent a email saying how concerning it was as they clearly didn't have CCTV footage and it has taken nearly a month to resolve, the poor service and that they kept telling her there was nothing further they could do...they replied with a 10% off next order code!!!
Its safe to say we will never be using this company again!0
