Hi everyone,
My Daughter ordered a motherboard from cclonline on the 9th January 2021, But after about a year it showed sign of an issue so we contacted cclonline for agreed an Rma.
So we sent it off and they couldn't find fault so they used Dpd delivery company to send it back to us but because cclonline decided to only put the motherboard Box in a grey plastic postal bag with no real protection just a very thin plastic bag the motherboard box shown signs of being crushed.
So I sent photos to cconline to show them the state of the box by replying to there massage but we received no response from cclonline so I left a review on trust pilot not a good review of course.
So cclonline responded to the review saying they would replace motherboard or give refund, so my daughter first contacted them thru there online chat who said she had to email them instead which she has but so far she's had no reply.
So if they fail to live up to what they said on trust pilot what can she do ? I am not sure if she payed by credit card or paypal or debit card but will find out.
Thanks for any advice
