No overseas use charge provider

Anyone know which bank offers credit card which when used overseas does not lead to a charge. Sadly HSBC cards lead to a charge.

There is a section at this link about travel credit cards.For credit cards, look at having Barclaycard Visa Rewards and Halifax Clarity MastercardFor debit cards, look at Starling, Virgin Money M Plus and Chase bank account.1

Virgin have a travel credit card which has no fees on settling for goods and services - but avoid ATM withdrawals.
