True, it's always a sad and difficult time, so yes, we do need to cut them some slack right now.

However, it does seem a bit puzzling to find the time to submit such a long and highly detailed post but then disappear two hours later without even reading most of the replies (the MSE system logs read-only visits as well as posts, or at least it certainly used to).

Let's hope they return soon so that the problem can be solved.
