Urgent Help - Captcha only loading two columns on Iphone for Walkers Hourly Competition

This is not happening on my ipad, but I cannot get the captcha to load fully on my new Iphone 12 mini and my old iphone 6, I have absolutely no idea how to rectify it , Urgent help would be very greatfully recieved

What type of CAPTCHA is not loading? Text? Pictures? Do you mean it IS working on your iPad?

Does it show properly if you rotate the phones to landscape?

Are you trying to get round the "one entry per hour per person" rule? Assuming you are changing the data submitted for each of the devices I wonder if it is rejecting multiple submissions from the same IP address?
Try submitting an entry on your phone using mobile data (if you haven't already tried this).1
