Prize Draw Long Terms and Conditions 
1. Eligibility 
1.1. Entrants must not be employed or engaged by a member of the Parkdean Resorts group of companies or Associated Newspapers Limited nor be an immediate family member of such person. 
1.2. Entrants must be 18 years old or over on the closing date of the competition and a resident in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland. 
1.3. By entering the competition you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. 
2. How to enter 
2.1. To enter the competition you must have a MyMail account and enter one Unique Number from the back of the Daily Mail or The Mail On Sunday between Saturday March 19 and Friday April 15. 2022. 
2.2. Entries are limited to one entry per person or email address. 
2.3. Competition closes at 23:59pm on Friday 15 April, 2022. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. There will be ONE winner only. Submissions received after this time for any reason whatsoever will not be accepted. 
2.4. The Promoter and Parkdean Resorts accept no responsibility for entries that contain errors, are lost, mislaid, or damaged, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment or systems failure. 
3. The Draw 
3.1. The Winner will be the entrant whose entry is drawn at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place up to 28 days from the closing date (the “Winner”). 
3.2. The Winner will be notified by email using the details the winner has provided within seven days following the draw. Failure by the Winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the Promotor’s email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above. 
4. The prize 
4.1. Subject to condition 5, the prize, known as the “Holiday Home Prize” is being offered by Parkdean Resorts and comprises:- 
4.1.1. one new Willerby Brookwood holiday home (the “Holiday Home”) which must be sited at a selected pitch (subject to availability) at one of the Parkdean Resorts holiday parks listed in Schedule 1; 
4.1.2. a limited 12-month manufacturer’s warranty for the Holiday Home; 
4.1.3. the payment by Parkdean Resorts of all reasonable transport, siting and connection costs associated with the first siting of the Holiday Home on the pitch agreed between the Winner and Parkdean Resorts; 
4.1. The £3,000 credit will be applied to your owner account within 30 days after handover of your new holiday home. The £3,000 credit may be used to pay any bills that are applied to your owner account. The £3,000 credit is non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. You may not withdraw the credit from your owner account. If your pitch licence agreement is terminated for any reason within 30 days after handover of your new holiday home, you will lose the benefit of the £3,000 credit. You will not be entitled to any payment or reimbursement in respect of the credit. 
4.1.5. no obligation for the Winner to pay the annual pitch fee for the selected pitch on the relevant Parkdean Resorts holiday park for 2022 only, as these are included in the prize; 
4.1.6. no obligation for the Winner to pay the annual rates charges for the selected pitch on the relevant Parkdean Resorts holiday park for 2022 only; as these are included in the prize, and 
4.1.7. no electricity charges for electricity used during 2022 only as these are included in the prize, subject to fair and reasonable usage by comparison with the typical holiday home owner on the chosen Parkdean Resorts holiday park (a contribution may be required by Parkdean Resorts from the Winner towards any charges deemed to be unreasonably or exceptionally high); 
4.1.8. no water or sewerage charge for the selected pitch on the relevant Parkdean Resorts holiday park for 2022. 
4.2. The Winner acknowledges and agrees that:- 
4.2.1. they will have to pay all costs associated with the running of the Holiday Home, other than those that form part of the Holiday Home Prize, including but not limited to any costs normally charged in connection with running costs including insurance, gas, television licence, and the maintenance of the holiday home such as winterisation and compulsory safety checks; 
4.2.2. they will have to pay the annual pitch fee, annual rates charges and electricity charges that apply to their Holiday Home under their pitch licence agreement with Parkdean Resorts for any period after Saturday, December 31, 2022. 
4.2.3. a limited range of standard, non-premium, pitches will be available to accommodate the Holiday Home; 
4.2.5. the installation of any decking purchased by the Winner to the Holiday Home may only be provided if the agreed standard pitch on which the Holiday Home is sited can legally and practically accommodate such external decking; 
4.2.6. they acknowledge that no hot tub, Jacuzzi or sauna or similar device may be installed in the Holiday Home or elsewhere on the pitch; 
4.2.7 the Winner acknowledges that it is anticipated that the Holiday Home will be ready to be sited on the chosen holiday park by 31 May 2022, should there be any delay Parkdean Resorts will keep the Winner updated 
5. Winner’s obligations 
5.1. The following conditions must be complied with by the Winner:- 
5.1.1. the Winner must select, by no later than Monday, May 31, 2022, one of the available pitches on which to site their Holiday Home, which must be on one of the Parkdean Resorts holiday parks listed in Schedule 1; 
5.1.2. the Winner must enter into a sale and licence agreement in the form offered by Parkdean Resorts and, for the avoidance of doubt, the taking up of the Holiday Home Prize, including ownership of the Holiday Home transferring to the Winner, will not be possible unless and until the sale and licence agreement is signed by the Winner and Parkdean Resorts. 
5.2. The pitch licence agreement allows the Winner to site their Holiday Home on the relevant holiday park and the Winner must comply with the terms of pitch licence agreement at all times. Failure to comply with the terms of the pitch licence agreement may result in the pitch licence agreement being terminated. Please note, the Winner must not use the Holiday Home for residential or business purposes, nor permit it to be used by anyone else for residential or business purposes. The Winner must only occupy the Holiday Home for holiday use and only during the periods permitted under the pitch licence agreement. 
5.3. If any of the conditions in condition 5.1 are breached Parkdean Resorts may, at its sole discretion void, cancel or suspend the provision of the Holiday Home Prize to the Winner. 
5.4. The Winner is responsible for any and all expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the Holiday Park Prize. The Winner will need to pay for their expenses whilst at the holiday park including, for example, food and drinks. 
6. Promotion and marketing 
The Winner agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to allow Parkdean Resorts and Associated Newspapers to us ethe Winner’s image and name in promotional and marketing activities. The rights to such promotional material belong to the Promoter and Parkdean Resorts. 
7. Expiry or Termination of Holiday Home Prize 
7.1. The Winner must consider the terms of their sale and licence agreement carefully before entering into it. It is a legally binding document that places obligations on the Winner. 
7.2. The pitch licence agreement will be granted for a defined period of time only. The Winner may terminate their pitch licence agreement in accordance with the terms of the pitch licence agreement only. 
7.3. If the Winner does not want to continue with the pitch licence agreement after the period in which no pitch fees, rates, water, sewerage or electricity charges are being charged to the Winner, the Winner must ensure that they terminate the pitch licence agreement with Parkdean Resorts prior to any such liabilities falling due under their pitch licence agreement.
7.4. The fees and charges payable under the pitch licence agreement will vary depending on the pitch and Parkdean Resorts holiday park selected by Winner. 
8. Personal information 
8.1 Any personal information provided to the Promoter during the entry process (including but not limited to your name, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth) must be correct. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incorrect personal information provided to it. 
8.2 The Promoter will hold your personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions and its privacy policy (available here: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/article-1388040/Privacy-Policy-Cookies.html). 
8.3 The Promoter will only share your personal information with Parkdean Resorts where you are a/the winner of the competition or where you have opted in to receive direct marketing from Parkdean Resorts (if relevant). The Promoter will hold your personal information as a separate controller in accordance with its privacy policy (available here: https://www.parkdeanresorts.co.uk/privacy-policy/) and shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures in compliance with the GDPR and any other applicable law.

9. Administrative and General 
9.1. Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to replace the Holiday Home Prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so. 
9.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered. 
9.3. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
9.4. The determination and decision of the Promoter on all matters shall be final and no promotional correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion: (a) to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the competition and to declare as void any or all of their claims or entries based on such conduct; (b) to declare as void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on any website of the Promoter, any game cards and/or other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the competition materially affecting the result of the competition or the number of claimants or the value of claims; (c) to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or (d) to cancel the competition or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

9.8 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the Promoter's or Parkdean Resorts’ liability for: (i) death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. 
9.9. Associated Newspaper Limited and Parkdean Resorts shall not be responsible if the Winner is unable to access the selected holiday park and use their caravan for any time period as a result of restrictions resulting from COVID-19. No compensation or alternative holiday park sites will be made available in these circumstances. 
9.9. This competition is governed by English Law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 
9.10. A reference to Parkdean Resorts is a reference to Parkdean Resorts UK Limited of One Gosforth Park Way, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8ET (registered company number 5729719) 
9.11. A reference to The Daily Mail is a reference to Associated Newspapers Limited of Northcliffe House, 2 Derry Street, London W8 5TT 
9.12. The Promoter is Associated Newspapers Limited (company number 084121), Northcliffe House, 2 Derry Street, London W8 5TT. The Promoter is responsible for administering the competition.  
9.13. Parkdean Resorts is responsible for supplying and fulfilling all elements of the Holiday Home Prize without exception. 
9.14 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the competition should virus, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper play of the competition. 
9.15. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision will be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause will not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
