AXS rescheduled date refund refusal

I have purchased two tickets to see a kpop band for February 15th this year. Because of coronavirus it was postponed . They just rescheduled it for April 30th but I can’t make it on that date. I have asked for refund but because I have purchased a resell tickets they won’t refund it, mind you I bought the from AXS to begin with. I have explained I bought it for the 15 of Feb but they changed to a date that I can’t go to. When I purchased the ticket I don’t remember it saying it was a resell tickets. Can anyone help me with what my rights are? Thank you all in advance

You would have to read the original terms and conditions and see what they say, then you an look at making a formal complaint.

I suspect that part of the issue is that the hole industry has been hit so hard that they are reluctant to give refunds if they can avoid avoid, as they it means they potentially lose money.

If the T&Cs mean that they don't have to refund you then you can try to resell the tickets, but do read the T&Cs carefully - I've seen posts from people who ended up out of pockets as a result of listing tickets on more then one reselling site and so having to pay for replacement tickets when they sold on both..
