SATURDAY NIGHT TAKEAWAY PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to the Saturday Night Takeaway programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 18 March 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, and online at 10.00am on Tuesday 19 April 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Friday 22 April 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of £65,000, one (1) TUI Takeaway Getaway, a car and a gadget package.

(i) £65,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £65,000 (sixty-five thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) A TUI Takeaway Getaway

This element of the prize consists of a TUI Takeaway Getaway for the winner and up to three (3) companion(s) (“Getaway”), including the following:

· seven (7)-nights’ stay for the winner and their companion(s);

· the winner’s choice of the destination from forty-two (42) destinations (as described below) (“Destination”);

The Holiday must be booked by 1 March 2024. The winner must take up their prize between 1 April 2022 and 31 March 2024 however, the prize cannot be taken up during the following periods:

· 23 December 2022 to 2 January 2022; and

· 23 December 2023 to 2 January 2023.

The winner may need a current and valid credit and/or debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Hotel for security deposit purposes.

Please note that most hotel rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children. In the event that the winner wishes to bring two (2) or more adult companion(s), the winner understands and agrees that this may limit the destination and hotel options available. Where the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

There is no cash alternative to the prize and there is no alternative prize if the winner is unable to travel for any reason. The prize is non-refundable. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the winner only.

It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) ensure that the winner and their companion(s) hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required to travel to the Destination; (ii) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (iii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs; (iv) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider; (v) inform the prize provider of the Getaway of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize; and (vi) to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

(iii) A car

This element of the prize consists of an electric Fiat 500e La Prima car in Mineral Grey exterior colour (“Car”), including automatic transmission, road fund licence, first registration fee and a fully charged battery.

The prize provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner however please note that delivery of the Car may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car and a current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

(iv) A gadget package
