I have recently changed from an EON variable rate to the E12 fixed rate. Which is an increase of over £100 a month in charges from April 1st. Does this mean that I will be entitled to a rebate after 12 months if I have used less energy?

Yes. Equally, if you've used more energy - you will owe them.0
