Energy efficiency and Weatherproofing grants for low income/vulnerable

I've been doing some research into financial support to make my home more energy efficient and weatherproof.
When I do research a lot of websites imply that there are such grants and loans available (such as on citizens advice website) but when I follow the thread it seems like its always a deadend. Leads me to a website that doesn't mention anything like that. I have spoken to them, they also seem a bit unsure about what is available.
I have been in touch with betterhomes yorkshire, and made a request but they haven't replied, as well as through YES Energy Solutions , which I managed to get a survey booked in in a few weeks, but they can only help with Room in roof insulation. They can't help with windows, doors, repointing, solid wall insulation or solar panels, even though they advertise as doing some of these things, when asked they says its not longer available.
Do anyone know of any other providers, schemes, grants, subsidised schemes that are worth looking into , that are available in the West Yorkshire area?
My house was quite damaged from the storm a month ago, and now water is coming in through the windows and through the dormer. quite severely. Looks like cement has crumbled around the frame of the dormer and some of the windows, the seal has broken, also looks like water is inbetween the glass panes . A lot of the cement has come out of the walls as well, so that'll need repointing.
I am a vulnerable person, I am on a very low income from benefits and I have a long term chronic illness that means I can't work for long periods of time. Not looking for sympathy its only relavant if for example there is a grant or loan that is available to someone in my position.

You need to get in a local roofer who you can trust.
I am sure they will be very busy after the storms.
Do you own the property ?0 -
Insurance will cover some storm damage, but some of the other issues you mention are classed as routine maintenance. Unfortunately, there is very little council help for these issues if you are the homeowner. You might find a charity/volunteer organisation locally that might be able to help.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0
