I'm thinking of going with Onecall home insurance. Did anyone get any experience with it?
It seems to get good reviews on the review websites. But I think a lot of those sites, skew the reviews by deleting negative ones.
Googling around, I can see horror stories from One Call Car insurance. but they all seem to be from the 2010s.
I'd also appreciate any recommendations people have. I'm especially looking for one with a good accidental damage policy.
Thanks!

You could try Policy Expert, they do accidental damage cover and the renewal prices are very fair. I think I've used onecall before but never made a claim so not sure how they would be in that scenario.

Personally I would stay well clear of the Direct Line companies - churchill etc. I had to call them out on the home emergency cover. They sub this out to another company who are awful!
I am now insured with quote me happy (Aviva) and so far had no issues and have called them out under the home emergency cover (provided by homeserve) and they came same day.1 -
Both OneCall and PolicyExpert come up moderately often on here, the former more often for Motor.
Are you wanting to buy on price or quality?1 -
