My monthly direct debit is increasing by c.86% - is this correct or should the max increase be 54%?

@Grey_Critic energy companies are being forced to sell below cost to domestic customers, so OFGEM is protecting us to some extent.
Your opinion about making sure profits stay excessive is rather flawed.
You can thank your lucky stars you are not a business customer or using oil or LPG to heat your home.3 -
