Is it worth me changing electricity tariff

Hi guys I’m trying to work out if it’s worth me changing electricity tariff at the moment I’m on a E7 standard variable rate but have no storage heaters and hardly use any electricity at night? Thank you for your advice in advance

Yes, for someone in that situation there's no benefit from being on an E7 tariff and it will be costing you a bit more than a single rate would.

Contact Octopus and ask to change to the single-rate version of your tariff.

(Although, if you have a hot water tank, it might work out cheaper over the summer (when you're not using space heating) to stick with E7 and heat your water at night.)
