Most anything will be better than the integrated 6100 but you will need to provide more information about your PC before you get a worthwhile answer.
Make/model, age, type of graphics card slot PCI/AGP etc0 -
ok thanks
it's about 3 months old and it would be pci.

the 30 quid makes it very hard to suggest a decent video card
another 10 quid on your budget and you can get a radeon 2600 pro.
a bit more and a 7600gt is even better.Get some gorm.0 -
what do you want to use it for - tbh a £30 card isn't going to do much better than your current settup. Whilst it'll be better it still won't play an new graphically demanding games. Like with any sort of pressie like this I'd reccomend asking what they want.0

thanks for the replies. he's not really playing the most up to date games, it's things like command and conquer. i don't really know much more to be honest!31/12/2006 £8395, 01/10/2008 £5089.73, 19/10/2010 £835.00 31/03/2011 £0.00

I would agree with this.I wouldn't bother for 30 notes
The nVidia GeForce 6100 can outperform most graphics cards around £30 for your build.
To be completely honest, using a PCI graphics card isn't a great idea :P
Technically, the 6100 should run Command and Conquer games flawlessly, depending on which one you got (128MB, or 256MB).
I'm running an nVidia GeForce 6100 Integrated Graphics computer, and I can run Quake 4 on high settings without any lag (which says alot, it's a rather graphics heavy game).0
