dcbl notice of debt recovery

I've received a letter from dcbl for an unpaid parking charge of £170.00.
The "date of contravention" is 24/01/2020.
The "reason for contravention" is "Payment not made in accordance with terms displayed on signage"
Is this legally enforceable or should I ignore. I'm pretty sure if I contact them they'll keep coming at me.
Any advice?

Unless it was in Scotland, don't ignore it. But don't just blindly pay it either - read through the Stickies on the Parking Ticket sub-forum here, it'll tell you all you need to know.

If you go to the parking ticket sub-forum and read the NEWBIE announcement, first post, it has a statement about what to do with PCNs issued in Scotland.Murdoch2210 said:Ebe_Scrooge - I'm in Scotland, are you suggesting I ignore it
