Better Gym miss sold membership

Hi
I am looking for some consumer rights advice.
On the 15/02 I joined the Better group on a pay and play membership paying £25. According to the gyms website (copper box gym, operated by Better) this would allow me to use the gym on peak for £8.25 and off peak for £6.25.
I went to book the gym that day (via app and website) and the price was coming up at £12. I emailed customer service. I had not heard anything back by the afternoon spo I went to the reception and explained and the lady said this keeps happening it should be £6.25, I will make a note and sort it and put it through the till as something else. Had an email later that night from customer service to say then can see i visited the gym and this has now been sorted.
Two days later, went to book gym again, still coming up as £12. Visited reception, I was there for 45 minutes, whilst a different receptionist repeatedly told me it was £12, she rang customer service, who insisted the same, despite them seeing on the website right then and there it said it was a discounted price £6.25/8.25. Could not visit gym. When i returned home, had an email from customer services to say i was in fact right and it is £8.25 and this has now been sorted. I replied with a screenshot showing the on/off peak prices and asking when the off peak applied as i had visited at the same time each day. No response.
Went to book gym next day- still £12. Emailed customer service, NO response.
Went to book the next week. Still £12. Checked website, now updated and said gym was always £12.
Range customer service. They said it was £12, i argued said i had a screen shot of when i joined etc, they said i could apply for a refund.
Applied for a refund on 28/02 via online form. No response.
Emailed customer service on 03/04 to say i had no response or refund. No response.
Please can someone help me with what I should say/ do now. Clearly they will not honour the prices that I signed up to the service on, so now i would just like a refund but i just can't get any response from the company.
Thanks

cancel your membership on the ground of misleading information. If you paid the £25 by card, try and get the money back that way.1
