I was on the GNE Variable v3 tariff and according to this article on moneysavingexpert.com I should have been moved to Fix Total Service Sep24 v2.
"If you're on EDF's 'Welcome GNE Variable V3', 'Welcome GNE Variable V4' or 'Welcome GNE Variable V5' tariffs you'll be moved onto its ‘Fix Total Service Sep24 v2’"
(Unable to post link to article)
Could somebody please tell what were the precise tariff details for the Fix Total Service Sep24 v2?

If you were on one of these deals, switch now or you could end up overpaying. "

From the EDF Tariff details under My Account - as I recall you had to opt for this and not be transferred. Thanks for that. The problem I have is that I was not offered anything. At the time I was liaising with an Operations Manager by email as EDF had messed up my forced move from GNE after it going into administration, so that I paying more than my previous tariff though it was mandated I would be paying the same of less.
She was having to recalculate my bills and refund me the difference and I emailed asking which tariff I could move to and she did not reply. I asked again and got no reply.. I then called a bit later and was given false information.

I had similar issues and was being charged non-DD rates for some time. Email offer for 3 year fixed was 18th August although rates didn't commence until 1st October.

Just an update and to thank those that replied. After getting nowhere with several phones calls and then after about a month of painful and repetitive dialogue with EDF via their WhatsApp chat. I finally managed to get them to put me on the Fix Total Service Sep24v2 and also back date it to 1st Oct 21.
I had to stick to my guns as they tried to fob me on a few occasions but being prepared to take my complaint to their executive office and then the ombudsman seemed to help do the trick.
Thanks again for those who responded here, the information supplied really did help my cause and getting it sorted in my favour. (I do empathise with those that are having to pay these exorbitant prices for the next few years)
