How to enter
1. The prize draw will open at 17:00 on 16th March 2022 and close at 23.59pm on 31st March 2022 (‘Closing Date’)
2. To enter:
On Facebook- Using our "Dream Holiday" generator you must comment and tell us your "Dream Holiday". You must use #DreamHoliday for your entry to be valid.
On Twitter - Using our "Dream Holiday" generator you must comment and tell us your "Dream Holiday". You must use #DreamHoliday for your entry to be valid.
3. Using this method, you can enter as many times as you want before the Closing Date.
4. Your entry must not be inappropriate (for example, logos of other companies), offensive or illegal, in breach of another person's rights or in breach of Facebook or Twitter's rules. We’ll disqualify such entries without notice.
5. Sorry, but you can’t enter this prize draw if:
a. You don’t live in the UK
b. You’re under 13 years old - if you’re aged between 13 and 18 you must have permission to enter from a parent or guardian.
c. You're not a Vodafone UK Customer
Winner & Prize
1. There will be one (1) winner in total winning one (1) prize consisting of a holiday up to the value of £10,000.
1a. The Promoter will appoint their Prize Provider to act as the winner’s personal experience advisor who will provide expert and impartial advice to provide travel, accommodation, excursions and other activities requested by the winner to the value of £10,000. Trips and experiences must be booked through the Prize Provider and once an itinerary has been agreed with the winner any transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the itinerary will be at the expense of the winner.
1b. The trip must be booked within one year of winner notification and once booked any amendments will be at the expense of the winner.
1c. The winner may choose to take a portion of their trip value as spending money, which will be transferred to them by cheque or bank transfer. The maximum portion of the trip value that can be taken as spending money is £1,000. The remaining trip value must be spent on trip elements which are booked and paid for via the Prize Provider.
1d. Should the total trip not reach the value of £10,000, the winner forfeits the remaining value
1e. If the cost of the winner’s dream holiday itinerary exceeds £10,000, any costs over and above this level will be the responsibility of the winner. This excess would be payable to the Prize Provider in advance of the itinerary being booked and confirmed.
1f. No other cash alternative will be offered.
1g. Where the trip involves foreign travel, winner and companion(s) are responsible for obtaining a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to their chosen destination at their own expense. The winner must also make sure that the travelling party has any required vaccinations, health certificates, visas and other documentation necessary to complete the itinerary at the time of travel.
1h. Where hotel accommodation is included in the trip, the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotels for security deposit purposes.
1i. Where the trip involves foreign travel, travel insurance must be taken out prior to travel by the winner.
1j. The Prize Provider will not organise travel to countries or areas where the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office advise against travel.
1k. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over. For travel to the USA, at least one traveller must be aged 21 or over.
1l. Prior to booking the itinerary the Prize Provider will inform the winner of any age restrictions and other terms and conditions that may apply to individual elements of their chosen itinerary. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to such further terms and conditions including without limitation applicable health and safety guidelines.
2. The winners will be selected independently, at random by an independent process.
3. We will contact the winners via direct message on Twitter or Facebook, if we haven’t heard back within 48 hours we will re-draw a winner.
4. If the prize is not available for any reason we will replace it with a prize of equivalent value.
5. We don’t allow you to transfer your prize to someone else and we won’t give you cash instead.
