My understanding is that these are not BC compliant, as they will fail on thermal requirements at the very least. But i know someone who has had this work done and is very happy with it, regardless.When it comes to a sale, the solicitor will ask for documentation, the seller's solicitor will reply 'Unavailable' and the matter will be solved with cheap indemnity insurance. The insurance won't be necessary either if the structure has been there long enough, but it meets a perceived need.
