I have the same issue with a different supplier EDF, transferred from my original supplier fixed tariff exp Oct 2021 energy increased & no fixed offers.
New tariff increased Safeguard Assists rates were better than most. During this time to date I haven't received any correspondence from EDF other than the last bill Jan 2022.
Following Martins recent advice I wanted to check usage, readings recorded & tariff to calculate an estimate DD.
EDF have increased tariff rates without notice, Unit rate & Standing charge exceed current Cap charged at the expected April rate.
Unsure how to proceed I've contacted them with no acknowledgement or relevant response.
