Great article. But, all the credit unions and banks we have talked to will not let us open a business without some sort of official business designation. BTW, My wife is starting a photography business and I'm starting an Amazon FBA business. We will be form an llc in nebraska this week, yes we have talked to a CPA. The only kind of ok advice here is that it's probably ok to get up off your !!!!!! and prove you can make some money with your business idea before incorporating it. Depending on what you are doing it can make a lot more sense to see if it's worth doing before spending the couple hundred bucks on an LLC. And this definitely doesn't apply to all businesses.
