Smart Meters not reporting
Options
After having smart meters fitted 12 months ago my electric was being reported o.k. But after a couple of weeks of working o.k. the gas stopped reporting to the supplier and also to my home display. After numerous complaints the smart gas meter itself was replaced.
Once again the electric was being reported o.k. The gas was being reported to the supplier but not to my in home display.
I since found that this part of the process works off your own wi-fi network.
It was suggested there may have been a conflict with my wi-fi channel. So I went into the hub settings and changed the 2.4ghz channel from 6 to an alternative (11).
Success, both meters are supplying info to the suppliers and my home hub.
Hop this helps someone else out.

Welcome to the forum.Smart meters don't use your wi-fi; people who are offline can still have smart meters. But the Zigbee connection to your portable device (IHD) uses similar frequencies, so changing your wif-fi channel could stop any interference.1
