Hi all , just looking for some advice . I purchased a custom built pc around 6 months ago . In that period of time it has gone back four times now for faults . The company currently have it again almost for a month now , I am just not sure i have any rights at all after this period of time . Half of the time it has been back with them and losing confidence in my issues being resolved.
Do i still have any consumer rights at all ?
Thank you

There is the final right to reject for a refund after 1 failed repair attempt so after 4 repairs you'd be entitled to ask for a refund (the custom aspect of the build doesn't have any bearing on this right).
A small note that the trader may reduce the refund to account for ownership if the final right to reject for a refund is exercised after 6 months from taking delivery. If you are just over 6 months any reduction should be small. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces1
