I'd like to know why I knew nothing about the Octopus 3yr fix offer a couple of weeks ago. I've been a customer for over a year. Was this by email or did they only let a certain few know?  I'm furious. We should have ALL been given that offer.

Have you complained to Octopus?

Although based on the experience I have had with Octopus since Oct last year complaining does absolutely nothing! You just loads of promises and nothing happens.

As far as I can tell it was a very limited offer with only a few slots available and it was not advertised in any way.

So just a matter of getting lucky on a phone call really.

This was never going to be available to everyone.
