Hi
have been in Iva for about 7 months now and have to pay back 10000
I have sold my house now so going to pay back the full amount owed to my creditors which is 65000 is it best to let the Iva company deal with this

Request an IVA settlement figure from the IVA company, which will be agreed with the Creditors - a charge has been placed on your property, so wont complete until the charge has been removed by the IP company - your solicitor can arrange with the IVA company to have this removed0
