Gas and Electric is going up

I am confused with this price increase. 

I am with So Energy and my DD is going up from £110 to 214. I am on So Flex plan. I've heard price will go up further. 

I can't move to any other tariff.  I am not sure what to do. 

Any suggestions?

    Do you have you actual annual consumption? If you haven't been putting in regular monthly meter readings then it may be a poor estimate. The more readings you submit, the more accurate estimates will be.

    If you post your actual annual consumption and the rates (kWh and daily charge) you will be paying, then somebody will work out what your monthly payments should be.

    If you are already in arrears the figure quoted may be calculated to bring you back in credit.
