Moving home take tariff with me?

I’m moving in with my partner, her gas and electricity deal is ending soon, can I take my supplier with me and take my tariff with me as I have about 2 years left on my tariff?

Please update this thread after you've completed the transfer of your tariff, it is helpful to others to see the promises of moving the tariff confirmed.
