I was an Octopus customer but changed supplier about 7 months ago. Having done this I did not expect to have any dealings with them again, unless deciding to rejoin them at some future date.
However, on checking my bank account before I find they have credited £140 into it, apparently as part of the Warm Home Discount scheme. I do not remember applying for this, but on looking for further information on their website, it appears I may well have qualified under the "Broader group criteria". 
Delighted to receive this unexpected amount in these straitened times.

My switch to Octopus completed, this morning. I have assumed I don't qualify for WHD, although I'm an old gimmer, so I'll be interested to see what happens.
